Introduction

This high efficient hammer mill is widely used for grinding various materials such as corn, sorghum, wheat and bean, pasture and other materials used in feed mills, biofuel, distilleries, food factories, edible oilmills and medicine.

Compared with common hammer mill, our hammer mill has water-drop shaped chamber with special use “山”shaped second time grinding structure. This optimizes hammer arrangement for high grinding efficiency.

The rotor can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise and have two-direction feed, and rotor passes accurate dynamic balancing test, resulting in low equipment noise and smooth running.

When entered into chamber, material will be ground to fragments by high-speed hammer. These broken fragments, around the rotor, are keeping suffer collisions and rubbings by hammer and sifter. When materials turning to the powder, these powders will pass the screen hole and be sent to the collector by centripetal force and suction of powered fan.
